IT's showtime at Leamington's Spa Centre.

The romantic 20's romp Thoroughly Modern Millie is brought to the stage by Leamington and Warwick Musical Society from March 27 to 31.

Based on the ever-popular film starring Julie Andrews and Carol Channing, the show tells the story of Millie Dillmont who has just arrived in New York City in search of a new life.

The city is full of intrigue and jazz - a time when women are entering the workforce and the rules of love and social behaviour are changing forever.

I'm An Aristocrat Get Me Out Of Here finds Paris in need of a hero, someone who can deliver it from this terror and restore freedom and justice, playing on March 30.

Inspired by the legend of the Scarlet Pimpernel, the comedy features three fearless and daring actors playing over 20 roles.

And on a less light note, Franz Kafka's The Trial plays in The Studio on March 31.

Joseph K, an estranged and rootless citizen, is the victim of anonymous governing forces beyond his control. Deceived by authoritarian power, he is relentlessly hunted down for a crime that remains nameless. Finding him arrested and awaiting trial, K sinks deeper and deeper as he tries to escape through twists and turns in Blackeyed Theatre’s production.

All the Single Ladies, starring Leslie Ash, Brooke Kinsella and Tara Flynn, is new play from comedienne Abigail Burdess exploring the love lives of three women in the festive glow of New Year. It can be seen on April 5.
