HEAVY rain is making driving conditions treacherous.

An overnight downpour and persistent rain through the day has brought localised flooding, and prompted the Environment Agency to issue alerts for some rivers in the area.

The driver who took this photo of flooded road near Langley was forced to turn round and find another route.
