RESIDENTS in Shipston will be going to the polls tomorrow (November 29).

A by-election is being held following the resignation of Conservative councillor Jonathan Gullis in early October.

Lib Dem councillor Richard Cheney currently holds one of two seats in Shipston and will continue to serve.

Jeff Kenner is vying to become the first Labour councillor on Stratford District Council with Conservative candidate Marion Lowe and Lib Dem Laura Nelson also battling for the role.

Polling will take place from 7am to 10pm at the Sheldon Bosley Hub, Pittway Avenue.
