Van driver killed in crash

A MAN died after his van crashed into a tree in South Warwickshire.

West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the B4086 Banbury Road, between Kineton and the Ministry of Defence site, at 5.30am this morning (Tuesday).

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews found a small white van that had hit a tree and was in a ditch.

“Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that there was nothing that could be done to save the driver and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
