Warwickshire Open Studios returns following record number of visitors

Maisie Jeynes 22nd May, 2017 Updated: 22nd May, 2017

ARTISTS are brushing up on their skills ahead of Warwickshire Open Studios.

The annual event sees painters, craft-makers, designers and photographers exhibit their work in unique settings across the county.

Some of this year’s locations include cafés, halls and museums, and even artists’ own homes and gardens.

As well as snapping up a nifty piece of art, visitors also have the chance to talk to artists about their work.

Last year’s Open Studios attracted more than 20,000 visitors and was the most successful to date. No doubt organisers are hoping to see even more people this year.

Warwickshire Open Studios runs from June 17 to July 2 across Warwickshire and Coventry. Admission to all exhibitions is free.
