TICKETS are still available for Alcester Male Voice Choir’s upcoming concert.

The 80-strong choir will be taking to the stage at the Town Hall in Birmingham on Sunday April 17 where they will perform a range of songs including a special piece to mark The Queen’s 90th birthday.

They will be supported by the Elliott Rooney Quartet and 13-year-old Billy Vale from Studley, who will sing with the choir as well as performing some solo pieces.

Director of music, Judith Land said: “I would encourage anyone who has not been to a AMVC concert before to come along and enjoy an evening of song.

“We are also encouraging the audience to wear a small item of red, white and blue or bring along a small Union Jack flag to celebrate The Queen’s milestone.”

Tickets – priced at £20 and £22.50 – can be bought by emailing [email protected] or calling 07860 379668.

Coach travel is also available at an additional cost from seven pick up points including Stratford, Henley, Alcester and Studley.
