CHRISTMAS was in the air when Stratford’s Victorian Market returned bigger than ever.
Thousands flocked to eat, drink and be merry at the three day festival which took place over the weekend – kicking off with a lantern procession on Friday evening.
Over 300 stalls lined the streets with traders dressed in Victorian costume selling handmade wares, artisan bread, chocolates, chutneys and festive tipples.
Carol singers filled the air with Christmas song and charity Betal UK were given a hand by Santa who collected donations to deliver to charity.
And magicians, living statues, mechanical reindeer, a carousel and a helter-skelter kept children and big-kids alike entertained.
