SIX crews helped tackle a barn fire in Bidford on Monday (January 5).
Firefighters from Bidford and Alcester were called to the blaze at Clay Hall Farm on Honeybourne Road around 6.45pm.
Shortly afterwards they were joined by additional crews from Stratford, Leamington and Evesham who used a specialist vehicle to put out the blaze at the single storey barn, which is used for farm workshops.
The fire involved two gas cylinders and a safety area of 300 metres was set up. Damping down continued through the night before the area was declared safe.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances behind the incident in which no-one was injured.
