CYCLISTS are set to jump into the saddle for two cancer charities.
The annual MacRide event is taking place on Sunday (September 13) in aid of Macmillan and the Stratford Hospital £1million appeal.
Cyclists will set off from Stratford Park and Ride on routes of 25 miles, 100km, or for the more adventurous, a 100 mile ride, through the South Warwickshire and Cotswolds countryside.
Ride organiser Robert Gullen said: “I am delighted that this year we are able to raise money for two fantastic causes, both of which offer great benefits for the local community.
“The event itself is always really fun and I hope as many people get involved as possible. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and is continuing to do so in making this year the best event yet.”
