Eco market set to pop up in Stratford

AN ECO-friendly market will be popping up in Stratford.

Green-minded shoppers are invited to the market at Foundation House in Masons Road on Friday November 29 from 2pm to 5pm.

There will be an array of eco gifts and everyday essentials such as shampoo bars, washing up liquid and a selection of dried foods.

Shoppers are urged to bring bags and containers to stock up on package free products.

And environmental campaign groups and charities will be on hand to chat to those interested in living more sustainably.

Free refreshments will be available with donations welcome.

Parking available on site.

* A Free coffee morning is being held at Foundation House on the same day from 10am to 11.30am.

The event will be hosted by local firefighters who will be talking about fire safety at home.

Also hosting is the Welcombe Radio team, based at the centre, and guests are invited to take a peek at the studio and test out their DJ skills.

Foundation House holds a coffee morning on the last Friday of the month with each event hosted by a different organisation.
