FAMILIES fond of fresh air are encouraged to join a charity walk.
Shipston Home Nursing’s 10K Run is taking place at the Walton Hall Hotel grounds on Sunday April 19.
Participants can either run or walk the 10k cross-country route which passes through woods, the village of Walton, and back to the tree-lined finish near the 16th century mansion.
The family event is suitable for all abilities of runners and walkers alike, including children and dogs on leads.
Registration is at 8.45am for a 10am start, with prizes for runners and medals for the first 250 finishers.
Entry is £10 (Children £5). All proceeds will go to Shipston Home Nursing, which provides care for patients with life-limiting illnesses in the comfort of their homes.
