Free entry to Shakespeare homes for Lottery players

Stratford Editorial 10th Nov, 2019   0

FREE entry is being offered to Shakespeare’s family homes to celebrate the National Lottery’s 25th anniversary.

The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust in Stratford is offering free entry to four homes to lottery players from November 23 to December 1.

The trust, which is supported by the National Lottery, is taking part in the national #ThanksToYou campaign which recognises the millions of pounds raised through the lottery to support good causes.

SBT spokeswoman Ruth Warner said: “Offering free entry to our historic properties is a small gesture of thanks and a way of giving something back to people who support our charity by playing the National Lottery.”

To claim free entry present a ticket for any National Lottery draw or a scratchcard at the ticket desk of each property. The ticket is valid for up to two adults and four children on the day of issue.
