A HAIRDRESSING salon in Ettington has been shortlisted in the UK Hair & Beauty Awards.
Cara Reynolds who runs “Cara Hair Lounge” has been shortlisted in the ‘Salon of the Year’ category.
Formerly a General Nurse, Cara set up her successful hair salon in 2015 offering a full range of services, utilising multiple techniques for colouring and cutting. From classic highlights to bespoke Balayage, cut and blow-dry to complete restyle along with L’Oréal conditioning treatments and Olaplex Bond Repair.
The UK Hair & Beauty Awards celebrate the hair and beauty industry in an aim to support businesses both large and small and expose all candidates to new opportunities via social media, no matter their financial and social status.
After a long year of struggle and strife for so many UK based hair and beauty professionals, the Awards help contestants build followers and recognition. The grand final will be screened live on March 26.
Cara said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted and am so proud of Cara Hair Lounge and all that I have achieved.
“Transitioning from my previous career as a General Nurse to a Hairstylist was a very daunting process but one I have never regretted. I am so very thankful and absolutely adore my clients. I feel it such a huge privilege to do the job I do, I therefore continue to invest in my education, ensuring my knowledge and skills are up to date.
“My priority within CaraHair Lounge is to look after my clients, making them look and feel better.”
