REVVED-UP pupils from KES were in the driving seat at a national competition.
The team of 15-year-old students celebrated winning an award at the recent Land Rover 4×4 in Schools Technology Challenge UK National Finals, with their remote control vehicle design fighting off stiff competition to take the Pull Challenge Award.
The KES Tempest team of Jack Deans, Eric Shortland-Ebb, George Hale, Callum McWhirter, Ben Hepworth and Ollie Dickson steered their way to success after two days of competition at the British Motor Museum at Gaydon.
