RUMBLING tummies will be pleased to hear Stratford Food Festival is just around the corner.
Those with an appetite for all things delicious will be able to browse the food market, watch demonstrations, and take part in hands-on workshops for young and old.
The popular foodie festival is organised by Stratforward Business Improvement District (BID) and welcomes the return of local restaurant Loxleys as the event’s headline sponsor.
Stratforward has partnered with Cotswold Markets to bring nearly 100 food and drink stalls to this year’s event, making it the biggest yet.
Alongside the market, the festival includes a programme Taste and Ale guides for visitors to explore the culinary delights of town centre restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.
Manager at Loxleys Jonathan Lea said: “Food and drink is such a key part of what Stratford offers, not just to locals but to our international visitors, and the festival is the perfect chance to showcase our thriving food and drink scene.”
The free event takes place on September 23 and 24.
