A MAN had to be cut out of his car after it left the road near Stratford on Wednesday afternoon (June 4).

West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) was called to the A46 in Bishopton around 4pm after the man’s car left the carriageway and hit the grass verge on the opposite side of the road.

The 27-year-old driver, who was alone in the car, was cut free before being taken to Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital for further treatment.
