Man pleads guilty to sex with under-age teen

A MAN who was recorded by a young teenage girl on her phone as he was having sex with her under a bridge has been remanded in custody.

Keith Hall, of Castle Road, Alcester, pleaded guilty at Warwick Crown Court to two charges of sexual activity with a girl who was 13 or 14 at the time.

Prosecutor Simon Phillips said it came to the attention of police there had been some sort of sexual contact between them, so questioned both the girl and 27 year-old Hall and seized their phones.

On the girl’s phone, officers discovered two video clips, each about three minutes’ long, and both taken on the same occasion.

The first one they found showed her and Hall engaging in intercourse in a tunnel under a road, while the second showed the girl performing a sex act on him.

When Hall, who works in the administration department at a school, although that was not how he met the girl, was arrested and interviewed, he answered ‘no comment,’ added Mr Phillips.

Jane Brady, defending, said that in a psychological report a doctor had expressed concerns Hall would not get any treatment in prison ‘for the matters he suffers from.’

Of the offences themselves, Miss Brady, who pointed out that Hall had already spent four months in custody on remand, said they both took place on the same occasion.

Adjourning for the report to be prepared and remanding him in custody, Judge Andrew Lockhart QC warned Hall: “I am giving you no indication other than that it will be a significant custodial term you will have to serve.”
