FUN for young and old will be on offer in Stratford next week.
As part of National Play Day, Stratford District Council has organised a free event on Stratford Recreation Ground on Wednesday (August 3).
Featuring a climbing wall, a large inflatable, circus skills and a puppet show, there is set to be something for everyone.
Coun Mike Brain said: “I’m looking forward to visiting again this year and seeing so many families enjoy themselves for free as they did last year.
“I would encourage anyone to come along, join in and have some fun! If the weather is good, bring a picnic so you can stay and enjoy the whole day.”
The event aims to highlight the importance of play in children’s lives and will run from 10am to 3pm.
