Police seize class A drugs and knife in Stratford

DRUGS and a knife have been seized by police in Stratford.

A youth was arrested yesterday (Sunday April 14) after he jumped out the window of a house in Masons Road to try and escape officers.

Police, while on the hunt for a wanted man, found a knife and 56 wraps of suspected class A drugs.

The 17-year-old from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of a knife.

He has been released under investigation.
