PUDSEY Bear dropped in to thank staff at a Stratford firm ahead of Children In Need taking place today (Friday).
Insurance firm NFU Mutual welcomed ‘the real’ Pudsey who was on a tour of the country before heading back to BBC headquarters in London for the big fundraiser day.
Staff were raising funds by holding a bake off and selling their cakes, and making a donation to have a selfie with Pudsey. They are hoping to raise around £500.
Pudsey was given a tour of NFU Mutual’s Tiddington Road head office, before try a few of the bakes.
The fundraising was supported by the NFU Mutual Community Giving Fund and NFU Mutual’s supplier Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
People across the district will joining thousands throughout the country who will be getting up to all sorts of antics to raise money for Children In Need, which will be looking to beat last year’s record total raised of £46million.
