A CELEBRATION is being held for the 25th anniversary of a Christian centre’s dedication to its community.
Red Hill Christian Centre in Snitterfield, is inviting people for tea and cakes and a service on Saturday August 5, from 2pm to 5pm.
The event will also celebrate the donation of a new cross by Christian charity Via Beata – after the former had become weather-beaten and obscured by trees – at its location on a hill overlooking the centre.
Red Hill also forms the centre point of a ‘prayer walk’ from Lowestoft in Norfolk to St David’s in Wales along which artworks carved from timber can be found to inspire meditation and prayer.
