STARGAZERS are being invited to join others to learn about the night sky.
The Stratford Astronomical Society meets twice a month in Alderminster, and thee invitation to new members follows a successful Stargazing Live event.
Some 200 people turned out to see Venus, the Orion nebula and the Andromeda galaxy as well as enjoying talks on astronomy and the different types of stars and comets at Henley Golf Club.
Members were also impressed by how many youngsters took part in the event.
The society meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month at Alderminster Village Hall from 7.30pm.
