Stratford-based Corporate Rewards have struck gold.

Stratford Editorial 13th Jan, 2017   0

STRATFORD-BASED recognition, incentive and events company Corporate Rewards has struck gold.

The firm has been awarded gold status by Investors in People – the internationally recognised standard for best practice in people management – for the strides made in commitment to staff, offering flexible working hours, enhanced maternity pay, enhanced employer pensions contributions, and a coaching and mentoring programme. Only three per cent of the UK companies awarded Investors in People status achieve gold standard.

This award comes at a time when the firm is going from strength to strength, having recently relocated to larger premises along the Timothy’s Bridge Road to accommodate growth in both employees and revenue.

With 80 per cent of the company employees living in Stratford, Leamington, Warwick or Evesham, Corporate Rewards has a commitment to supporting the community – from recruitment, to fundraising for charity Warwickshire Air Ambulance; raising £2,500 to date.

Managing director David Gould said: “We pride ourselves on our commitment to our people and to employing locals in order to support our community. It is incredibly rewarding to see our people-focused approach and dedication to a positive working environment recognised in this way.”
