STRATFORD District Council’s offices at Elizabeth House will reopen to the public on Monday.

STRATFORD District Council’s offices at Elizabeth House will reopen to the public on Monday.

Work has been completed to make our reception area Covid-secure with social distancing measures, screens and queueing. Numbers will be limited at any one time and the main reception will be open from 10am to 2pm during the week.

The majority of staff are still working from home, but duty officers for services will be available on the phone. Anyone threatened with homelessness should call 01789 260861 to make immediate contact with the Homelessness Duty Officer.

The council has continued to provide services even though its Church Street headquarters have not been open to the public.

Those not wanting or needing to visit the offices can get help from the customer services team during normal office hours (Monday to Wednesday 8.45am to 5.15pm and Thursday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm) on 01789 267575 or email [email protected]. Services can also be accessed online at www.stratford.gov.uk
