HIGH-FLYING students at Stratford Girls’ Grammar School are celebrating university offers from Oxford and Cambridge.
Nine students at the Stratford school have their sights set on the two prestigious institutions to study History, Languages, Law, Engineering, Maths and Psychology.
Imogen Horton, Jade Spencer, Rosie Williamson, Tess Eastgate and Lucy Staves all received offers from Oxford while Cambridge offered places to Kate Bassil, Hannah May, Abi Riley and Vicky Simkin.
Head of sixth form Emma Bell said: “We are always truly proud of the diversity of talents among our sixth form, and this year is no different.
“With places secured at Russell Group universities, conservatoires and positions with higher level apprenticeship providers, our girls prove that any door is open to them after being in the sixth form here.”
