STRATFORD Greenway is set to close for two weeks sometime this month.
The popular walking and cycling route will be temporarily closed between Seven Meadows car park and Milcote for tree thinning. It is a continuation of work carried out last year.
Council officers made the decision to close the route during the works to ensure it is carried out safely and as quickly as possible.
Notices of the closure, the exact dates of which have yet to be set, will be displayed in Seven Meadows car park.
The closure will be in effect on weekdays but not weekends.
