RUGBY players from Stratford are preparing to take to the big stage in support of Marie Curie.
Over 300 players from Stratford Rugby Football Club will be teaming-up with Coventry-based Aviva Premiership high-fliers Wasps next month.
The Ricoh Arena will be transformed into a yellow wonderland during Wasps match with Northampton Saints on Saturday April 3 to raise vital funds for Marie Curie, which supports people living with any terminal illness and their families for
And Mini and Junior players will then form a guard of honour and take part in the big shirt shake to welcome the two teams on to the pitch.
Stratford RFC will also receive a proportion of the gate receipts as part of Wasps community links development programme.
