STRATFORD Town Trust is to hold its first Members’ Surgery.
It will be an opportunity for members to chat one-to-one with trustees and staff, sharing their views, providing input and raising any concerns in a more informal environment than the summer AGM.
The surgery is at Stratford ArtsHouse on Friday June 3, between 12.30pm and 3pm.
Chief Executive Helen Munro said: “We have more than 2,000 members and we want to ensure they know their voice is very important to us. It is from our membership that Trustees are elected – by our members – so they really at the very heart of our charity.
“This is a chance for our members to come along and sit down with us to give us their input and discuss any matters they wish.”
No appointments are necessary. The surgery is open to members only and membership cards will need to be shown.
