Two men charged over robbery at Stratford jewellers

TWO men have been charged in connection with a robbery at a Stratford jewellers.

The Christopher Poel jewellery shop in Meer Street was targeted around 11am on Wednesday (September 7).

Andrei Florin, 28, from Birmingham, and Ioachim Karp, 19, also from Birmingham, were both arrested shortly afterwards.

And the following day, Karp was charged with aggravated burglary while Florin was charged with aggravated burglary and escape from lawful custody.




Both men have been remanded in custody to appear before magistrates in Leamington on Friday (September 9).

Officers are also looking to speak with the man pictured as they say he may have vital information relating to the robbery.


They are appealing for the man or anyone who knows him to come forward.
