CALA Homes are hoping to build some 70 homes on land off the Campden Road in Shipston.
The plans outline building 59 homes and ten flats which will be screened from the road by trees and flowers.
Around 24 of the homes will be classed as affordable housing.
But 12 letters of objection have been received about the plans, including concerns about how close the boundary of the development is to other houses, the number of houses already being built in the district and worries about drainage on the site.
Stratford District Council’s planning committee will discuss the plans – which are recommended for approval – on Wednesday (November 16)
