A MAN has been attacked in McDonalds’ toilets in Stratford.

The incident happened in the restaurant on Bridge Street at around 6.20pm on Wednesday.

The 36-year-old – who suffered a cut to his arm – refused medical help and to cooperate with police who believe he was targeted during a dispute.

Det insp Liam Barry said: “Given the time the incident happened, there will have been a number of people in the area, either in the shops or making there way home from work.

“We’re keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident. No matter how insignificant it seems, please come forward.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
