Witnesses sought to Southam altercation

POLICE are appealing for further information about an altercation between a man and a woman in Southam.

Officers and members of the ambulance service were called to Ivy Terrace in Pendicke Street around 2.30pm on Thursday (June 16).

They arrived to find a man in his early 50s and a woman in her late 40s both injured. The woman was taken to Warwick Hospital while the man went to University Hospital in Coventry.

Police are keen to find out more and calling on people who witnessed the incident to come forward.
