A WOMAN has been airlifted to hospital after she was seriously injured in a car crash in Bidford.
The three-car crash happened shortly before 8am this morning at the junction of Mill Lane and George’s Elm Lane.
The driver in her 20s was trapped in the car for around 50 minutes as medical staff and firefighters worked to free her.
She was assessed and treated for multiple and potentially serious injuries at the scene.
Four other people involved, including a young boy, were checked over by medics, with three discharged and one man in his 50s taken to hospital as a precaution.
