ZOMBIES in Alcester swapped brains for beer when they joined a charity pub crawl around town.
The event raised £200 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
The thirsty undead gathered at the Alcester Inn before moving onto a number of pubs where they celebrated life above ground with raffles and games.
After every pint, leftover change was put into a bucket.
Oraniser Marc Venables said: “It just felt right to say thank you to the hospital which has been looking after a close friend of mine.
“In some way, directly or indirectly, there is a child that some one knows who has been or is under the hospital’s care.
“We have received good feedback of the night on our Facebook page, although I think there were few sore heads the following morning.”
